With a view to the "green&sustanaible" philosophy and in line with the objectives of the new "European Strategy for Sustainable and Intelligent Mobility", the project proposal is aimed at enhancing sustainable mobility and enhancing the cross-border area that includes the territories of Gemona, Tarvisio, Forni di Sopra and Hermagor Region through the identification and implementation of new routes and services dedicated to MTB/Gravel Bike. The project will make it possible to improve the quality of the area's tourism offer, develop new routes and tourism products with the aim of winning over larger and larger segments of users and thus stimulate the start-up of new businesses serving bicycle tourists. The current situation will be examined in terms of accessibility to the main places of interest, carrying out an analysis of the existing pathways and the properties of the land identified, planning the creation of new routes dedicated to MTB/Gravel Bike and Downhill sports and exploring the possibilities of creating a Bike Park. Shared signage will be designed and a strategy for its placement along the identified routes will be studied. Detailed mapping depicting the area's routes, complete with descriptions and technical characteristics, will also be developed, and a tool for consulting the routes online will be considered.
